Drake Park is one of my favorite places in Bend, Oregon. It's nestled in the neighborhood I personally call home--Bend's River West community, where the character of the old mill still remains. It is a 13-acre public gathering place on the Deschutes River named after town founder, Alexander M. Drake. It's a popular spot for community events such as the 4th of July parade and the Munch N' Music Concert series, as well as providing scenic areas for walks, biking, and wildlife viewing.
What's your favorite spot in Bend?
